A: Yes! Intl shipping takes around 10-20 days and domestic is around 5 days.
Q: I want to order an order of only stickers/prints, is it possible to get it with a less expensive shipping option?
A: Absolutely! Shipping for orders under 12 USD will be shipped First Class Untracked for both domestic and international to make smaller purchases more affordable.
Q: I missed the preorder for some charms, will it be restocked?
A: Yes! And not to worry, we always order a few more than what people preorder to make sure we can restock some for those who miss them :) The time between restocks will most likely be ~3 weeks, as I try to order charms in larger amounts to reduce expenses ,:)
Q: What's the usual order turnaround like?
A: Usually about ~1 week for prestocked, but it can be 2.5-3 weeks for preorder items! We are a small family run business (the team consists of me and my mom) but we will try to get your order to you as quickly as we can ^^
